Dr Lindy Marshall
Dr Lindy Marshall is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. “Dr M” opened Paws and Claws Mobile Vet in 2001 to serve a need in the Lake Norman area for in home and mobile clinic care for those pets that need a patient , gentle touch. Her passion is to provide quality , experienced care at your doorstep.
Hobbies: Music-playing multiple stringed instruments, Outdoor activities /gardening, Cycling, Swimming and working out at the gym and Anything Ocean/Beach. Dr M. shares her home with her husband and 4 dogs: Minnie, Roadie, Oki and Dexter(aka “Squishy”) and 5 cats: Squeaky, Purrl, Maui, Maddie and Clover.










Tiffany
Tiffany has worked with animals most of her life, ranging from animal rescues (dogs and cats) to being a Zookeeper for lemurs, cheetahs and giraffes. She joined the Paws and Claws team in 2023 and also works as a dog trainer in Charlotte. She enjoys working in mobile vet medicine because of the individualized care that is provided in a low stress environment. The opportunity to work with pets and their people one on one and in their homes is very rewarding.
Hobbies: Outdoor activities with fiancé and her dogs, Traveling and watching football. Tiffany shares her home with her fiancé and her dogs Koda and Clover.

Charlotte
Charlotte has had a deep love for animals since she was a little girl who dreamed of becoming a paleontologist and veterinarian. She didn’t deviate far from that plan. She earned a degree in Marine Science and dedicated 10 yrs to caring for marine animals and rehabilitating wildlife. In 2014 , Charlotte joined the veterinary profession as a veterinary assistant in Silsbee, Tx. In 2016, she joined Paws and Claws Mobile Vet. Charlotte enjoys the close knit relationships formed in a mobile practice because it allows our team to bring quality, loving care to our patients and their owners ( Moms and Dads) in the comfort of their own homes.
Hobbies: Camping/Hiking, Scuba Diving, Gardening, Escape Rooms, and spending time on the water. She and her husband Ryan share their home with Rhea and Neeko (dogs), Fuzzy and Cricket (cats) and Vincent (Ball Python) and many fish.





Esther
Esther is originally from Luxembourg and graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Biology. She found her passion working with animals, first as a pet sitter until she joined the Paws and Claws family as a veterinary assistant in 2020. She feels that the care and compassion every animal receives at our practice is what makes working here very special and seeing how they thrive in our care is very rewarding.
Hobbies: Relaxing outdoors, Yardwork, Road trips exploring small towns with her husband, Walks with her dogs and Relaxing at beach with family and a good book. She shares her home with her family and Snickers and Oakley (dogs) and Smokey (cat).
